the environment

For many years, CDA Connect has aimed to continuously reduce the impact of its activities on the environment.

CDA Connect, with this in mind, has implemented a number of actions, including recycling and energy savings :

Office papers collected and recycled
Archives stored, destroyed and recycled once a year
Batteries stored in a collection point available to employees, in order to be recycled
Ink cartridges taken back by the supplier for recycling
Sensors and timer system for lighting

CDA Connect, always with the aim of being as efficient as possible in terms of respect for the environment, is ISO 14001 certified .

OUR SOCIETAL COMMITMENT

Integration through
economic activity

We aim to enable unemployed people encountering particular social and professional difficulties to benefit from employment contracts in order to facilitate their integration.

In order to promote equal opportunities and the fight against exclusion, CDA Connect has joined the integration scheme set up by the government and also uses insertion companies contracted by the State and Employment Centre.

Thus, to complete its recruitment, CDA Connect is committed to directly hire people seeking employment who meet the criteria for the requirement of the insertion scheme and the Labour Code. These recruits will all be required to attend one or more training sessions depending on the position to be filled.
