In order to promote equal opportunities and the fight against exclusion, CDA has joined the integration scheme set up by the government and also uses insertion companies contracted by the State and Employment Centre.

Thus, to complete its recruitment, CDA is committed to directly hire people seeking employment who meet the criteria for the requirement of the insertion scheme and the Labour Code. These recruits will all be required to attend one or more training sessions depending on the position to be filled.
